Collection and processing of information collected during a connection to Smartrippers

When you connect to Smartrippers, certain connection information is automatically collected by Google Analytics. This information does not enable Smartrippers to identify you personally, but includes information relating to your connection IP address. This information may be used by Smartrippers for statistical purposes only and for a maximum period of 36 months.

Collection of personal data

No personal information, other than that mentioned above, is collected when you access or browse Smartrippers, unless you explicitly fill it in the comment, newsletter or contest entry forms.

In these last cases, this data will be used by Smartrippers for the treatment of your request only and will not be diffused with thirds without your written authorization.

Feedback Form

The indicated name and message will appear on the Smartrippers site at the bottom of the page that has been commented. You can at any time request the deletion of your comment by contacting us. The message will be deleted within 48 working hours.

Your email address will never be published on Smartrippers and will only be used to notify you in the event of a response, if you have chosen this option. Your email will never be re-used for any contact purposes other than this notification.

Contest Entry Form

The data collected (first name, last name) will only be used to contact you and send you the prize, in the event that you are drawn. In this case only, your contact information will be sent to the organization that subsidizes the contest and will proceed to send the prize. If you are not drawn, your details will be deleted at the end of the contest.

Newsletter subscription

The email collected when subscribing to the newsletter will only be used to send the periodic email. You can unsubscribe to the newsletter at any time by clicking on the link at the bottom of each newsletter, or by contacting us directly.

Using cookies

The use of a cookie is not linked to personally identifiable information while browsing our website. You may disable cookies at any time by changing the configuration of your browser, but this may prevent you from accessing certain parts of our website.
